                     Children/Teens and Young Adults

I specialize in working with children, pre-teens, and teens who are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, self-harm, anger and aggression, low self-esteem and trauma experiences. I combine my expertise in child development and Synergetic Play Therapy techniques to help the child shift their nervous system and find regulation through connection, play, mindfulness and attunement. I also advocate for children in the school setting and have a vast amount of experience and knowledge about supporting 504 plans in the classroom.

                                  Adults and Caregivers

I am passionate about caregiver burnout. If you’re a parent or helping professional struggling with overwhelm and burnout related symptoms I can help you regain a sense of balance in your life. Trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, I utilize a combination of approaches in my work with clients.
